Lauren has been practicing this meditation for over 10 years and is very passionate about it. She noticed improvements in her energy levels, mental clarity, and ability to handle stressful situations. These positive shifts brought forth profound changes to her overall quality of life.. She was an operating room nurse for 5 years before deciding to become a full-time meditation guide. Her passion is to truly help others.
